Please retest with a recent nightly; there were some interrupt-related fixes to the compat layer. I also checked all the stuff in bi section of the kernel but no help.

As far as I know, nvidia mcp77 ethernet is Mbit, not Mbit, and uses forcedeth driver. Can you point me to a resource? Thanks for the reply.
